Hotel Service Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Coordinate all hotel services of our holiday resort: reception, catering, housekeeping and Club Med business
  • Responsibility of economic and qualitative results
  • Manage a team of managers
  • Guarantee the quality of services, the respect of hygiene and safety regulations and the application of Club Med procedures
  • Be client orientated to answer to their needs and expectations
  • Responsibility for the integration of your team members within the village’s team and for their professional development

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry/catering preferred
  • 2 to 3 years experience as hotel service manager
  • Fluent French and English mandatory, other foreign languages a plus

Season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Méditerranée group.
